Our support staff acts as the entry point for your requests: as soon as we receive a complaint about a unit, the support staff forwards it to the responsible person, who takes charge of the complaint. To handle the requests efficiently, all of them are logged in a trouble handling and tracking system, so they can be constantly monitored by computer.
